The wool is a high perfomance knopped product (small balls) that maintains loft for many years (does not settle). Treated for insects and tested to NZ Standards 4222 for thermal conductivity, fire resistance, moisture and corrossiveness.
The product will not move around once installed.
Rodents will not effect the performance of wool insulation Wool is complimentary with all DVS and heat tranfer systems. There are no odours with our wool once installed.
For recessed lights we install large covers to prevent heat loss. We do this free of cost. A 1mm gap or greater starts to negate the performance of any formed product. A wool insulation overlay solves this problem. The overlay also prevents bridging through ceiling jib fixed directly to joists.
We source, manufacture and install our own product - no middlemen.
We use 100% Pure New Zealand virgin wool for its full strength and vigour.
